Impulses for strong and self-confident children
IMPULSE BY IMPULSE
SHAPING RELIEF
Sleep problems, emotional outbursts, restlessness, or withdrawal – children go through many developmental phases with very individual challenges that challenge them internally and often push parents to their limits. I gently support babies, children, and adolescents in reducing tension, stabilizing their nervous systems, and regaining a sense of security within themselves, so that new strength and self-confidence can grow.
From impulse to relief
Children and teenagers often process stress through their bodies – whether through restlessness or emotional reactions. In one or more short sessions tailored to your child's needs, particularly gentle stimulation helps your child's nervous system regulate itself. The goal is to release tension, promote inner balance and support your child's development holistically – calmly, respectfully and at your child's own pace.

SHAPING STRENGTH
For young people whose systems are out of balance – whether due to restlessness, emotional overload, or physical ailments. For inner stability and healthy development of your child.
GENTLE AND NEED-ORIENTED
As a BOWTECH® practitioner, I work with a particularly gentle method that helps your child's body find balance again. Targeted stimulation of muscles and tissue stimulates the nervous system, promotes relaxation, and supports natural self-regulation. This can release tension, strengthen inner balance, and holistically support your child's health and well-being.

WHAT MY CUSTOMERS SAY
“My children were very restless before the BOWTECH® treatment. Each of the two children (aged 6 and 4) had a specific issue that was bothering them. Isabell listened to me carefully as a mother, and I felt seen and heard. Above all, she addressed the issues in a very gentle manner. Both children were nervous beforehand. But the pleasant atmosphere and the treatment spoke for themselves. From then on, they looked forward to each subsequent appointment, because they too felt the effects and the associated change.”
ANNALENA, TEACHER
Yes. The Bowen Technique is very gentle and therefore also suitable for infants, children, and teenagers. The techniques are adapted to the age of the patient and performed with special care. Many parents report positive changes in areas such as restlessness, sleep problems, or developmental phases.
The treatment is adapted to the child's age, individual needs, and played in a playful manner. For small children or babies, it usually takes only a short time and takes place in a calm, trusting atmosphere. Babies can lie on mom or dad during the treatment so that they feel safe and secure. For toddlers, the presence of a parent is imperative. The goal is for the child to feel comfortable and for the body to be able to react at its own pace.
Yes. Comfortable clothing is perfectly adequate. Treatment can be carried out with clothes on, unless expressly requested otherwise or if it is beneficial for the treatment – always in consultation with you and with your child's well-being in mind.
No. Depending on age, temperament, and issue, the treatment can also take place while sitting, on your lap, or in motion. The method adapts to the child—not the other way around. It is important that your child feels safe and comfortable.
Yes, absolutely. Especially during puberty – when many physical and emotional changes are taking place – Bowen can have a very balancing and stabilizing effect. Many teenagers come for issues such as headaches, tension, sleep problems, inner restlessness, or school stress. The treatment offers them a quiet space to reconnect with their own bodies and regain their balance.
With babies and young children, effects can often be seen very quickly. However, the number of sessions required always depends on the individual situation and your child's needs. We will discuss this together and carefully adapt the process to your child's needs.
With younger children, your presence is important and desired so that your child feels safe and secure. With older children or teenagers, we will decide together and individually what is most comfortable for your child – my focus is always on your child's trust and well-being.
Depending on age and situation, a session lasts between 20 and 40 minutes. Shorter sessions are often sufficient for babies and toddlers, while treatment may take longer for teenagers.
Some children react with tiredness, relaxation, or even brief activity. This is normal and shows that the body is processing the impulses. Give your child some rest and plenty of water afterward.
Unfortunately, no. In Austria, the costs for BOWTECH® treatments are not covered by statutory health insurance. My practice is therefore geared towards self-payers.
That's perfectly fine. Children express very honestly what they need at the moment – and I respect that. The Bowen Technique can be applied flexibly and playfully, even while sitting, on your lap, or while moving. If your child does not want treatment on a particular day, we will observe this together without pressure. Sometimes just being present in the room or a small gesture is enough to positively influence the system. The important thing is that everything happens in a safe environment and at your child's pace.
